TrimRx Alternatives in 2026: Compounded GLP-1 Prices Compared

Edited by Gabriel BrocklesbyFounder & EditorFact-checkedLast updated

People compare TrimRx alternatives mainly on price, billing and cancellation terms, and support. In our daily price archive, the lowest prices are $41 a month for compounded semaglutide at welludr, an advertised sale price, checked November 8, 2026; and $69 a month for compounded tirzepatide at Collective, plus a required $199 annual membership, checked November 8, 2026. Below, 22 alternatives are set out by price with their billing terms, beside what TrimRx itself charges.

What TrimRx costs and how it bills

TrimRx lists GLP-1 from $179 and GLP-1 + GIP from $279 (checked November 8, 2026), both "starting at" with no billing period stated, so neither is confirmed as a monthly price. TrimRx states the cost stays steady as the dose changes.

We cannot tell you. TrimRx's plan cards state a "starting at" price with no billing period, and the pages we reached state neither a billing period nor a membership fee. Its terms refer to prepaid multi-month plans, and the BBB records consumer allegations of being charged a multi-month or annual amount instead of the monthly option chosen. Confirm what is billed, and when, before you pay.

The published figures are entry prices. Confirm the current plan cost and what happens at renewal before intake. TrimRx's terms (read October 17, 2026) refund in full only if a provider finds you medically ineligible or TrimRx makes a billing error; once a prescription reaches the pharmacy, that order goes ahead, and a refund of the unused part of a prepaid multi-month plan must be requested within 28 days of payment.

TrimRx alternatives compared by price

Ordered by price: each provider at its lowest compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide price in our daily price archive, lowest first, ties by name. First month offers never set the order, and whether a provider pays us plays no part in it. Each price is the provider's own published figure, with its wording and the day we read it. TrimRx is shown first for reference.

Compounded medications are not FDA approved and are not evaluated by the FDA for safety or effectiveness.

Regulatory note: After the FDA declared the semaglutide shortage resolved in February 2025, pharmacies could no longer routinely compound copies of that licensed product. On May 1, 2026 the FDA published a notice proposing not to include semaglutide, tirzepatide or liraglutide on the 503B Bulks List; a final determination is still pending. The availability and pricing described here may not reflect what a provider can currently supply, so confirm the current offering and cost directly with any provider before relying on it.Last reviewed: July 2026

One more alternative we have reviewed, not in the tables above: PlexusDx publishes compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide prices month to month and on longer plans billed up front, the same at every dose with no membership fee, PlexusDx says. Best TrimRx alternative for each priority

Each pick follows the rule printed with it, applied to the prices above, and rests on the dated fact shown. Where no dated fact supports a priority, it is left out.

Lowest monthly price: welludr

$41 a month for compounded semaglutide at welludr, an advertised sale price, checked November 8, 2026.

Rule: The lowest compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide price the archive records per month (a prepaid plan's per month figure and first month offers do not count).

No long prepay: REBL

$55 a month for compounded semaglutide at REBL, a from price, checked November 8, 2026.

Rule: The lowest month to month price that is not a prepaid plan, carries no required membership and is not an advertised sale, so it is the price you keep paying.

Brand-name GLP-1: Ro.co

Ro.co: $298 a month on the monthly plan, the $149 membership plus the $149 Wegovy pill price (checked Nov 8, 2026). Ro sells brand-name medication only, with a required membership.

Rule: Brand-name medication instead of compounded, priced as Ro's monthly plan total: the membership plus the Wegovy pill price.

How to switch from TrimRx

  1. Check your TrimRx plan's cancellation and refund terms. Cancel through TrimRx's support channels, and do it before your prescription is sent to the pharmacy if you can: TrimRx's terms (read October 17, 2026) say an order already sent to the pharmacy continues through fulfillment, and cancellation then stops only future orders. On a prepaid multi-month plan, ask for a refund of the unused part separately and within 28 days of payment. Keep written confirmation. The full terms are at https://trimrx.com/terms-and-conditions.
  2. Expect a new clinician evaluation. A new provider runs its own intake, and a licensed clinician there decides whether treatment is appropriate for you and which medication and dose to prescribe; a prescription is never guaranteed.
  3. Do not double up. Tell the new clinician what you have been taking, at what dose and when you took your last dose. Do not take medication from two providers at the same time, and do not restart at a previous dose on your own: the new clinician sets the dose.
  4. Compare like with like. Compounded medicines differ from pharmacy to pharmacy, so a new provider's product may come in a different strength or form from the one you had. Check whether the new price is month to month, a prepaid plan or a sale price, using the billing wording in the tables above.

How we compared

Every price on this page comes from our daily price archive, read from each provider's own public page, and is shown with the provider's wording and the day it was read. TrimRx's facts come from our TrimRx review, with the dates they were read. We did not start an intake with any provider, and we publish no rating.

PCF earns a commission when you sign up through some of these links. That never changes the order, which is by price, or what we say.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a cheaper alternative to TrimRx?

TrimRx lists GLP-1 from $179 and GLP-1 + GIP from $279 (checked November 8, 2026), both "starting at" with no billing period stated, so neither is confirmed as a monthly price. TrimRx states the cost stays steady as the dose changes. Among the alternatives we read daily, the lowest prices are $41 a month for compounded semaglutide at welludr, an advertised sale price, checked November 8, 2026; and $69 a month for compounded tirzepatide at Collective, plus a required $199 annual membership, checked November 8, 2026. Compare the billing terms as well as the figure: some prices need a prepaid plan or a membership, and the tables on this page say which. Compounded medications are not FDA approved and are not evaluated by the FDA for safety or effectiveness.

Can I switch from TrimRx to another provider?

Yes. Do not take medication from two providers at the same time, and do not restart at a previous dose on your own: the new clinician sets the dose.

How are the TrimRx alternatives on this page ordered?

By price: each provider at its lowest compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide price in our daily price archive, lowest first, ties by name. First month offers never set the order, and whether a provider pays us plays no part in it. Providers priced another way (a membership plus medication, brand-name medication, a plan that does not name the medication, or a first month price only) are listed separately, alphabetically.

Are compounded GLP-1 medicines FDA approved?

No. Compounded medications are not FDA approved and are not evaluated by the FDA for safety or effectiveness. TrimRx says the same of its own compounded medicines. Brand-name medicines, such as those Ro and Hims sell, are a different route with a separate price.

Does TrimRx charge a monthly fee?

We cannot tell you. TrimRx's plan cards state a "starting at" price with no billing period, and the pages we reached state neither a billing period nor a membership fee. Its terms refer to prepaid multi-month plans, and the BBB records consumer allegations of being charged a multi-month or annual amount instead of the monthly option chosen. Confirm what is billed, and when, before you pay.
