What PlexusDx costs: semaglutide, tirzepatide and microdose
PlexusDx's product pages list compounded semaglutide at $149 a month month to month, or $99 a month on the 12-month plan ($1,188 billed up front), and compounded tirzepatide at $189 a month month to month, or $129 a month on the 12-month plan ($1,548 billed up front), checked November 5, 2026. Each product page also lists 3 and 6-month plans, priced between the month-to-month and 12-month figures. The 3, 6 and 12-month plans are charged once, up front, and renew automatically; PlexusDx says you can cancel future renewals at any time, and the 12-month plan includes a provider check-in at 6 months. Every plan includes the online visit, the prescription if appropriate, the medication and shipping. HSA and FSA cards are accepted, and pay-over-time options show at checkout on the longer plans for eligible buyers.
Compounded medications are not FDA approved and are not evaluated by the FDA for safety or effectiveness.
Semaglutide and tirzepatide carry a boxed warning for the risk of thyroid C-cell tumors, including medullary thyroid carcinoma. They are not suitable if you or a close relative have had medullary thyroid carcinoma or multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2), so tell the clinician about that history.
How PlexusDx works
You take a 60-second online intake about your health and goals. PlexusDx says a physician from its 50-state, physician-only network reviews it online and prescribes only if treatment is right for you. There is no waiting room and no insurance to arrange, and a prescription is never guaranteed: the clinician decides.
PlexusDx's lander says you are charged nothing unless your provider approves your medication, and its comparison page says cards are charged once your prescription is sent to the pharmacy. A licensed 503A pharmacy then ships your medication discreetly, with syringes included; PlexusDx says most orders ship UPS 2-Day Air. Your monthly price does not change if your dose goes up.
Who prescribes, and which pharmacy ships your order
PlexusDx, Inc., of Alpharetta, Georgia, runs the website and says it is not a medical practice or pharmacy, and that using the site does not create a doctor-patient relationship with PlexusDx. Clinical services are provided by an independent network of US-licensed clinicians through a state-licensed telehealth platform, and compounded medications are dispensed by state-licensed compounding pharmacies.
The pages we read do not name the clinician network, the telehealth platform or the pharmacies. If that matters to you, ask during the intake which pharmacy will fill your prescription. PlexusDx says it does not sell or ship branded prescription medications; if you would prefer one, your provider may write a prescription you can fill at a pharmacy of your choice.
PlexusDx peptides explained: NAD+, sermorelin, glutathione, GHK-Cu and PT-141
Alongside its GLP-1 plans, PlexusDx prescribes compounded peptides and related treatments through the same online visit: NAD+, sermorelin, glutathione, GHK-Cu (as a cream) and PT-141, plus lipotropic injections. Each needs a prescription and a provider's decision.
NAD+ is a coenzyme found in every cell; PlexusDx offers it as an injection under the skin. Sermorelin is a peptide that PlexusDx describes as prompting your pituitary gland to release growth hormone in its natural pulses. Glutathione is an antioxidant the body makes. GHK-Cu is a copper peptide, which PlexusDx prescribes as a cream. PT-141 (bremelanotide) is listed by PlexusDx under sexual health.
This review records no peptide prices: PlexusDx prices each one on its own page, so confirm the plan and the price there. Compounded medications are not FDA approved and are not evaluated by the FDA for safety or effectiveness.
Which states PlexusDx serves
PlexusDx's lander says its physician network covers all 50 states, and its product pages say your provider confirms availability in your state at your visit. Its affiliate program lists all 50 states. Our PlexusDx links open for visitors in the US.
Canceling, renewals and refunds
PlexusDx's Refund and Cancellation Policy (effective September 30, 2026, last updated October 15, 2026, read November 5, 2026) says you can withdraw before a provider approves treatment and owe nothing, and that after approval you can cancel for a full refund until the prescription reaches the pharmacy. Once the prescription is with the pharmacy it generally cannot be canceled or refunded because you changed your mind. If it has not shipped within 10 business days of reaching the pharmacy, you can ask for a full refund.
The 3, 6 and 12-month plans renew automatically. To stop a renewal, turn off automatic renewal under Manage subscription in the patient portal before the next charge. Canceling stops future renewals but does not create a prorated refund of a prepaid term, and any unused prepaid treatment stays available. If your provider stops treatment for medical reasons, or PlexusDx can no longer provide it, unused prepaid months that have not been dispensed are refunded at the monthly rate you paid. You can also pause for 1 to 12 months at a time; restarting may need a new clinical review.
