EverPrime Review: Is EverPrime Legit?
$115/mo
From
medication, semaglutide, member price, 12 month plan
+ membership
Membership from $99/mo. Medication is a separate charge.
Checked 31 Oct 2026.
Yes, EverPrime is a real US telehealth service, run by Enhance.MD, LLC, that names its medical groups and its partner pharmacies and publishes every price. Compounded semaglutide is $214 a month on a 12 month plan with no membership, or $115 a month plus its optional $99 a month membership (checked 31 October 2026), at the same price for every dose. Its operator's Trustpilot profile scores 4.0 from 162 reviews and the BBB rates Enhance MD A+ (30 October 2026).
This EverPrime review covers what it sells, what its standard and member prices are on each plan length, how its optional membership is billed, who prescribes and which pharmacies dispense, its refund terms, and what Trustpilot and the BBB show for its operator, Enhance MD. EverPrime also sells NAD+, sermorelin and sexual health treatments.
Quick verdict
EverPrime is unusually open about price: every treatment shows a standard price and a member price for four plan lengths, and the figure does not move as the dose rises. The membership is optional: it lowers the medication price for a separate monthly fee, so set the member total beside the standard price and choose the route that suits you. Its operator, Enhance MD, has a small but mostly positive Trustpilot record and one BBB complaint in three years. We make no claim about results, and we publish no rating.

EverPrime reviews, complaints and refunds
EverPrime has no Trustpilot profile of its own: trustpilot.com/review/joineverprime.com returned "page not found" when we checked on 30 October 2026. Its Terms say the site is owned by Enhance.MD, LLC, and Enhance.MD's Trustpilot profile showed a TrustScore of 4.0 from 162 reviews: 110 five star, 15 four star, 8 three star, 7 two star and 22 one star (Trustpilot's figures, read 30 October 2026). The profile has been claimed since January 2024; Trustpilot notes that the company asks customers to review and has replied to 25% of negative reviews.
The BBB has no listing under the name EverPrime. Its profile for Enhance MD (Encinitas, California, category Weight Loss) showed a rating of A+, no BBB accreditation, 1 complaint in the last three years and 0 in the last twelve months, and no customer reviews (read 30 October 2026). The BBB opened its file on 21 April 2025 and lists the same telephone number EverPrime uses, (888) 299-5088.
What the low-star reviews describe: among the recent one and two star Trustpilot reviews of Enhance.MD visible on 30 October 2026, the themes were a charge taken without warning at refill time, medication arriving warm, and treatment interrupted partway through a prepaid plan. These are customers' accounts, not findings, and we have not audited individual reviews. The profile covers Enhance.MD, the company behind EverPrime, and does not separate EverPrime orders from others.
Refunds, in EverPrime's own words (its Shipping and Returns page, read 30 October 2026): "To skip or cancel an upcoming shipment, contact us 24 hours before your next billing date. You can cancel any time before your order is sent to the pharmacy, but once preparation has started it cannot be canceled or refunded. If your provider determines treatment isn't right for you, you will be refunded in full." Prescription products cannot be returned. Its membership FAQ adds that membership and treatment plans are paid upfront and payments already made are non-refundable, and that a cancelled membership runs to the end of its prepaid term. Read both pages before choosing a longer plan.

What EverPrime costs: standard and member prices
Each EverPrime treatment page prints two rows of prices, a STANDARD PRICE and a MEMBER PRICE, for the 1, 3, 6 and 12 month plans, all per month and labelled "Same Pricing - All Doses". For compounded semaglutide the standard price is $249 a month on the 1 month plan and $214 a month on the 12 month plan; the member price is $150 and $115. For compounded tirzepatide the standard price is $329 and $280; the member price is $230 and $180 (all checked 31 October 2026).
The member price needs the membership, which is $99 a month and covers provider and nutrition visits and partner discounts. Added together, a member pays $249 a month for semaglutide on the 1 month plan and $214 on the 12 month plan, against the standard $249 and $214; for tirzepatide, $329 and $279 against $329 and $280. On one weight loss medication the two routes cost about the same each month; what the membership adds is the visits, the partner discounts and the member price on any second treatment.
How it is billed: EverPrime's membership FAQ says treatment plans and the membership are paid upfront, and that the membership is billed for the length of the plan you choose ("if you purchase a 3-month medication plan, you will be charged for a 12-month membership at checkout"). The product page shows an estimated total for the month but no plan total, so check the amount at checkout. Shipping and required labs are included either way.
The prices on this page are read from EverPrime's own product pages into our archive and shown with the day they were read; they are not typed. To see how they sit against other providers over 3, 6 and 12 months, use our GLP-1 price index.

Who EverPrime is best for
People in the US who want compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide at one price for every dose, can choose between paying month to month and committing to a longer plan, and want to see both the no-membership price and the member price before they decide.
This profile is designed to help users compare the program before beginning intake. It is not a recommendation that any treatment is appropriate.
Pricing and access
Every price is per month and the same for every dose. Compounded semaglutide: $249 for 1 month or $214 on the 12 month plan without a membership; $150 or $115 as a member. Compounded tirzepatide: $329 or $280 without a membership; $230 or $180 as a member. The optional membership is $99 a month (all checked 31 October 2026). The 3 and 6 month plans are priced between the two on EverPrime's own pages.
EverPrime says membership is optional. A member pays the member price plus the membership, and EverPrime's FAQ says the membership is billed upfront for the length of the treatment plan you choose: "if you purchase a 3-month medication plan, you will be charged for a 12-month membership at checkout." The same FAQ says treatment plans are paid upfront and payments already made are non-refundable, so check the total at checkout before you pay.
US, adults 18 and over. EverPrime publishes no list of states and says availability varies by state. Its affiliate programme excludes Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Hawaii, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Dakota, South Carolina, Tennessee and West Virginia, so the EverPrime links on this site send visitors in those states to our programmes list instead.
Treatment, consultation, and delivery
Compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide injections for weight loss, plus NAD+ (injection and nasal spray), sermorelin, glutathione, methylene blue and sexual health treatments, each on its own page. EverPrime says its compounds are prepared at a licensed 503A pharmacy and third-party tested. Compounded medications are not FDA approved and are not evaluated by the FDA for safety or effectiveness.
An online intake, any labs the treatment needs (through Quest Diagnostics), then a video visit with a licensed provider from one of the medical groups EverPrime's Terms name: Enhance Wellness, PC, EnhanceMD CA, PC and iThriveMD, PC. A licensed clinician reviews your intake and decides whether treatment is appropriate for you. EverPrime's FAQ says treatment is never guaranteed.
Included. EverPrime says 2-day priority shipping is part of its pricing, in temperature-protective packaging for GLP-1 and peptide medicines, delivered every 4 weeks.
What EverPrime sells
EverPrime is a US telehealth service for weight loss, longevity and sexual health. Its weight loss treatments are compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide injections, with a microdosing tirzepatide plan and metformin on separate pages. Its longevity pages sell NAD+ (injection and nasal spray), sermorelin, glutathione, methylene blue, vitamin B12, rosuvastatin and low dose naltrexone; its sexual health pages sell PT-141 and oxytocin.
Each treatment is prescribed only after a provider review. EverPrime says its compounds are prepared at a licensed 503A pharmacy, "made specifically for you under a valid prescription", and that every batch is third-party tested. Its product pages say the medication ships every 4 weeks with syringes, needles and alcohol swabs, and that metabolic lab testing is repeated every 6 months on the GLP-1 plans.

How ordering works
You choose a treatment and a plan length, decide whether to add the membership, and complete an online intake about your health history, medications and goals. If the treatment needs labs, EverPrime arranges them through Quest Diagnostics; it says required labs are included whether or not you are a member (in New York, New Jersey and Rhode Island it gives a $50 discount instead, because state rules stop it paying for the labs).
A licensed provider from one of its medical groups reviews the intake, holds a video visit and decides whether to prescribe; a prescription is never guaranteed. If the provider decides treatment is not right for you, EverPrime says you are refunded in full. If you are prescribed, a partner pharmacy prepares the medication and it ships by 2-day priority delivery in temperature-protective packaging.
Who runs EverPrime, and is it legit?
We do not rate whether a provider is legitimate. What is on the record: EverPrime's Terms of Service (effective 16 September 2026) say the site is owned and controlled by Enhance.MD, LLC, at 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, and that Enhance is not a healthcare provider and does not practise medicine. Care comes from three named medical groups, Enhance Wellness, PC, EnhanceMD CA, PC and iThriveMD, PC, which employ or contract US-licensed providers.
The Terms name its partner pharmacies with their addresses: Rite-Away Pharmacy (San Antonio, Texas), Vios Compounding Pharmacy, Beauty Empower Rx, LLC trading as TruMedsRx (Fairfax, Virginia), Honeybee Health (Culver City, California) and Wells Pharmacy (Ocala, Florida). Its FAQ says the pharmacy that fills an order depends on the medication and your location.
We searched the FDA's warning letter database on 30 October 2026 for EverPrime, Enhance.MD and its three medical groups and found no letter addressed to any of them. Its operator's Trustpilot score and BBB rating are set out in the reviews section above. Its weight loss page also prints the words "LegitScript certified"; we could not check that claim on LegitScript's own lookup, so this page does not rely on it. We did not research lawsuits or press coverage.

EverPrime NAD+ injections
EverPrime's NAD+ injection page uses the same two rows: $180 a month on the 1 month plan or $153 on the 12 month plan at the standard price, and $115 or $99 at the member price, with the membership on top (checked 31 October 2026). It also sells NAD+ as a nasal spray on its own page.
NAD+ is sold as a compounded product and is not an FDA approved medicine for any condition. A provider decides whether it is appropriate for you. Our NAD+ guide sets EverPrime's price beside other US providers, each dated and sourced.

EverPrime vs MEDVi, welludr and Embody
EverPrime's compounded semaglutide is $249 for 1 month or $214 a month on the 12 month plan without a membership, and $115 a month as a member on the 12 month plan, with the $99 membership on top (checked 31 October 2026). MEDVi prices compounded GLP-1 injections at $99 for the first month, an introductory price, then $199 for refills (checked 31 October 2026). welludr advertises compounded semaglutide at $41 and tirzepatide at $71 (checked 31 October 2026), and Embody advertises compounded semaglutide at $49 and tirzepatide at $99 (checked 31 October 2026), each as its own page states it.
The figures are not like for like. MEDVi's lower number is a first month price; welludr's and Embody's are advertised sale or plan prices, and Embody's are tied to a plan term on its page. EverPrime's distinguishing points are that it prints every plan length side by side, keeps one price for every dose, and offers a member route alongside the standard one. Each provider's own review sets out its terms and record.
Every figure here is read daily from each provider's own page into our archive, so it moves when theirs does.

Compounded medication, and what that means
EverPrime's semaglutide and tirzepatide are compounded. Compounded medications are not FDA approved and are not evaluated by the FDA for safety or effectiveness. EverPrime's own FAQ says compounded medications "are not FDA-approved in the same way as commercially manufactured drugs", and its product pages say its compounded medications "have not been studied in separate clinical trials, so results may differ."
Semaglutide and tirzepatide carry a boxed warning for the risk of thyroid C-cell tumours, including medullary thyroid carcinoma. They are not suitable if you or a close relative have had medullary thyroid carcinoma or multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2), so tell the clinician about that history.
A licensed clinician reviews your intake and decides whether treatment is appropriate for you. A prescription is never guaranteed.
EverPrime strengths, and what to know before you start
Strengths
- Publishes a standard and a member price for the 1, 3, 6 and 12 month plans of every treatment, and says the price does not change with the dose.
- Membership is optional: you can buy any treatment plan at the standard price without one.
- Names its operator (Enhance.MD, LLC), its three medical groups and its partner pharmacies with their addresses.
- Required lab work, provider visits and 2-day shipping are included, and the medication is refunded in full if a provider decides treatment is not right for you.
- Accepts HSA and FSA payment for eligible expenses.
Worth knowing before you start
- Plans and the membership are paid upfront, and payments already made are non-refundable; nothing is refunded once the pharmacy has started preparing an order.
- The membership is billed for the length of the plan you choose (a 3 month medication plan comes with a 12 month membership at checkout, in EverPrime's own example).
- EverPrime has no Trustpilot or BBB profile under its own name; the public record we read is its operator's, Enhance MD.
- It names several pharmacies but not which one fills a given order, and it publishes no list of the states it serves.
- Disputes go to binding arbitration in San Diego, California, under its Terms.
- Compounded medications are not FDA approved.
Frequently asked questions
Is EverPrime legit?
EverPrime is a real US telehealth service. Its Terms name its operator, Enhance.MD, LLC of Lewes, Delaware, its three medical groups and its partner pharmacies, and it publishes every price. Its operator's Trustpilot profile scored 4.0 from 162 reviews, the BBB rated Enhance MD A+ with 1 complaint in three years, and the FDA's warning letter database held no letter to EverPrime or Enhance.MD (all read 30 October 2026). None of this speaks to whether treatment is right for you.
How much does EverPrime cost?
Compounded semaglutide is $249 a month on the 1 month plan or $214 on the 12 month plan without a membership, and $150 or $115 as a member. Compounded tirzepatide is $329 or $280, and $230 or $180 as a member. The membership is $99 a month (all checked 31 October 2026). The price is the same at every dose.
Do I need the EverPrime membership?
No. EverPrime's FAQ says you can buy any care plan without a membership. The membership ($99 a month) gives you the member price, provider and nutrition visits and partner discounts, and it is billed upfront for the length of your plan. Add it to the member price and compare that total with the standard price before you choose.
Does EverPrime's price go up with the dose?
No. Its semaglutide and tirzepatide pages say "Same Pricing - All Doses", and its weight loss page says the price stays consistent as your prescribed dose changes.
Can I get a refund from EverPrime?
If your provider decides treatment is not right for you, EverPrime says you are refunded in full. You can cancel an order any time before it is sent to the pharmacy, but once preparation has started it cannot be cancelled or refunded, and prescription products cannot be returned. Its membership FAQ says plans and the membership are paid upfront and payments already made are non-refundable (read 30 October 2026).
How do I cancel EverPrime?
Contact EverPrime at least 24 hours before your next billing date to skip or cancel an upcoming shipment, by email at support@joineverprime.com or by phone on 1-888-299-5088. A cancelled membership keeps its benefits to the end of the prepaid term; after that, medication renews at the non-member price.
Who owns EverPrime?
EverPrime's Terms of Service say the site is owned and controlled by Enhance.MD, LLC, 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, which also runs enhance.md. Care is provided through Enhance Wellness, PC, EnhanceMD CA, PC and iThriveMD, PC. The BBB lists the business as Enhance MD in Encinitas, California.
Which pharmacies fill EverPrime prescriptions?
Its Terms name Rite-Away Pharmacy, Vios Compounding Pharmacy, TruMedsRx (Beauty Empower Rx, LLC), Honeybee Health and Wells Pharmacy, with addresses for four of them. Its FAQ says the pharmacy that fills an order depends on the medication and your location, so ask which one before you pay.
Which states does EverPrime serve?
EverPrime publishes no list; it says availability varies by state and is confirmed during the intake. Its affiliate programme excludes Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Hawaii, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Dakota, South Carolina, Tennessee and West Virginia, so the EverPrime links on this site do not open for visitors there.
Is EverPrime FDA approved?
No telehealth service is FDA approved; the question is about the medicines. EverPrime's semaglutide and tirzepatide are compounded. Compounded medications are not FDA approved and are not evaluated by the FDA for safety or effectiveness.
Does EverPrime take HSA or FSA?
Yes, for eligible expenses, its membership FAQ says. Your plan administrator decides which purchases qualify. EverPrime does not say it takes insurance.
