1. Who we are

Peptide Clinic Finder (“PCF”, “we”, “us”) is an independent online directory that helps people research and compare clinics and online programs offering peptide therapy, GLP-1 weight-management treatment, hormone optimisation and longevity care. We are based in the United Kingdom. You can contact us about anything in this policy at hello@peptideclinicfinder.com.

Peptide Clinic Finder is an informational directory. We do not provide medical care, diagnose conditions, or prescribe treatment.

2. What this policy covers

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use peptideclinicfinder.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. It applies to visitors browsing the site, people who submit enquiry or matching forms, and clinics that contact us about listings.

3. Data we collect

Data you give us. When you use our enquiry, “Get Matched” or contact forms, we collect what you enter: typically your email address, optionally your phone number, and your answers about what you are looking for — such as treatment interests (for example weight loss or hormone optimisation), budget range, preferred care format, and the location where you are seeking treatment. Because of the nature of our directory, your stated treatment interests may reveal information about your health; we treat this information with corresponding care, collect it only when you choose to give it, and use it only for the purposes described below. When a clinic contacts us about a listing, we collect the business and contact details submitted.

Data collected automatically. When you submit a form, we record the approximate location (city, region and country) suggested by your internet connection, to help us route enquiries sensibly and detect spam. This is approximate, derived from your IP address at the moment of submission; we do not store your raw IP address with your enquiry. Our infrastructure also processes IP addresses transiently for security and rate-limiting, as virtually all websites do.

Cookies and analytics. With your consent where required (see section 7), we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. Analytics data is aggregated and not used to identify you. Essential functionality — such as submitting an enquiry — works whether or not you accept analytics cookies.

4. How we use your data

We use the data above to: respond to your enquiry and provide the matching service you asked for; forward your enquiry to relevant clinics (section 5); operate, secure and improve the site; measure which pages and features are useful; detect spam and abuse; and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your data for third-party advertising.

Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are: your consent (form submissions and any health-related preferences you share, analytics cookies); performance of the service you request (processing and forwarding your enquiry); and our legitimate interests (site security, spam prevention, service improvement) balanced against your rights.

5. Sharing your enquiry with clinics

This is the core of our service, so we want it to be unambiguous: when you submit an enquiry or matching request, the details you provide are shared with the clinic or clinics relevant to your request so they can respond to you. Once a clinic receives your enquiry, its use of your data is governed by that clinic’s own privacy policy. We encourage you to review it before proceeding with treatment.

6. Affiliate links

Some outbound links to online providers are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you sign up — these are disclosed on the pages where they appear. When you click one, we pass the referring page and an anonymous click identifier to the affiliate network for attribution. We do not pass your name, email, or any other personal data with affiliate clicks.

7. Cookies and your choices

Where the law requires opt-in consent (including the UK and EU), we show a consent banner before any non-essential cookies or analytics run, with equal Accept and Reject options. You can change your choice at any time using the “” link in the site footer. Outside those regions, analytics may run by default, and the same footer link lets you opt out. Rejecting non-essential cookies never affects your ability to use the site or submit enquiries.

8. Who processes data for us

We use a small number of service providers to run PCF: Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (secure database hosting), Resend (transactional email delivery), and Google (analytics, with consent). These providers process data on our instructions. Some are located in the United States; where personal data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, it is protected by recognised safeguards such as the UK and EU data-transfer frameworks and standard contractual clauses.

9. How long we keep data

We keep enquiry and lead data for as long as needed to provide the service and maintain sensible business records, and we review stored leads periodically. If you ask us to delete your data (section 10), we will do so unless we are legally required to retain it.

10. Your rights

If you are in the UK or EU, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent at any time (which does not affect processing that happened before you withdrew). To exercise any of these, email hello@peptideclinicfinder.com — we aim to respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) or your local supervisory authority. If you are a California resident, you have comparable rights under the CCPA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of “sharing” — note that we do not sell personal data.

11. Children

Peptide Clinic Finder is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when our practices change, and the date at the top always reflects the current version. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
