Wellorithm Review

Edited by Gabriel BrocklesbyFounder & EditorFact-checkedLast updated

Wellorithm is a Miami-based US telehealth company that connects patients with licensed clinicians for compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide. Each medication has a lower first month price, which also covers the first consultation, and then an ongoing monthly price. Payments are not refunded once processed, apart from a conditional weight loss warranty.

From

$247/mo

medication, semaglutide

+ membership

Membership $147 the first month. Medication is a separate charge.

Checked 28 Oct 2026.

This Wellorithm review covers what its GLP-1 plans cost in the first month and after it, how billing and cancelling work, who provides the care, what its weight loss warranty says and what its public record shows. Wellorithm also sells NAD+, sermorelin and erectile dysfunction treatment on their own pages.

Quick verdict

Wellorithm's prices are easy to find and its plans run month to month, which keeps the commitment short. The first month is the low figure; the ongoing price is the one you pay after that, and a processed payment is not refunded. Its warranty is conditional and needs verified progress. We make no claim about results, and we publish no rating.

Who Wellorithm is best for

People in the US who want compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide month to month, with no long plan term, and who are comfortable that a charge is not refunded once it has been processed.

This profile is designed to help users compare the program before beginning intake. It is not a recommendation that any treatment is appropriate.

Pricing and access

Wellorithm prices compounded semaglutide at $147 for the first month, then $247 a month, and compounded tirzepatide at $249 for the first month, then $349 a month, checked 28 Oct 2026. The first month price covers the first month of medication plus the initial consultation fee; the plan then renews at the ongoing price until you cancel. Wellorithm's pricing page says plans renew every month, while its Terms say fees are billed every 28 days, so check the billing date at checkout.

Wellorithm's pricing page says shipping is included. If a clinician decides treatment is not appropriate, the medication is not charged, but the consultation fee may be kept for the clinical review.

US. Wellorithm says it serves all 50 states and Washington DC, for adults 18 and over.

Treatment, consultation, and delivery

Compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide injections, prepared by US compounding pharmacies that Wellorithm does not name. Wellorithm also sells NAD+, sermorelin and erectile dysfunction treatment on separate pages. Compounded medications are not FDA approved and are not evaluated by the FDA for safety or effectiveness.

You complete a short online health assessment and a licensed clinician reviews it. A licensed clinician reviews your intake and decides whether treatment is appropriate for you. Wellorithm's Terms say it is a facilitator that connects users with licensed professionals through its Professional Entities, and does not itself practise medicine. A prescription is never guaranteed.

Included. Wellorithm says medication ships within 72 hours of being prescribed, as a four-week supply per shipment.

Wellorithm pricing, first month and after

Wellorithm's pricing page lists compounded semaglutide at $147 for the first month and $247 every month after, and compounded tirzepatide at $249 for the first month and $349 every month after, checked 28 Oct 2026. Shipping is included.

The first month price covers the first month of medication plus the initial consultation fee; the plan then renews at the ongoing price until you cancel. Wellorithm's pricing page says plans renew every month, while its Terms say fees are billed every 28 days, so check the billing date at checkout.

The pricing page also lists a branded GLP-1 route through insurance, with a monthly service fee and medication costs that depend on your coverage. Wellorithm's Terms say the service is cash only and insurance is not accepted, so ask which applies before you rely on it.

How Wellorithm works

You complete a short health assessment, a licensed clinician reviews your eligibility, and if treatment is appropriate the prescription goes to a US compounding pharmacy. Wellorithm says medication ships within 72 hours of being prescribed, each shipment is a four-week supply, and you complete a refill form after the third dose.

A licensed clinician reviews your intake and decides whether treatment is appropriate for you. Wellorithm's Terms say it connects users with licensed healthcare professionals through its Professional Entities and does not diagnose, treat or practise medicine itself. A prescription is never guaranteed.

Billing, cancelling and refunds, in Wellorithm's words

Wellorithm's pricing page says plans renew every month at the ongoing medication rate unless you cancel, and that you are charged before each renewal period begins. Its Terms say membership fees are billed every 28 days. Check the billing date at checkout.

You can cancel from your account or by contacting support at least 48 hours before the next renewal charge. The Terms say payments are non-refundable once processed, and that the current cycle is not refunded when you cancel.

If a clinician decides treatment is not appropriate, the medication portion is not charged, but the consultation fee may be kept for the clinical review.

The Wellorithm weight loss warranty

Wellorithm says that if you do not lose at least 10% of your baseline weight after 16 weeks of taking the medication as prescribed, you may be eligible for a refund of up to four months of fees.

Its Terms set conditions: you must be a new member, complete an intake report, follow the prescribed doses for 16 weeks and not have used other weight loss medication in the prior year. Progress is verified by a doctor's attestation or a self-recorded video on a calibrated scale, and refunds are paid within 30 days of verification, limited to fees paid. The warranty does not apply to microdosing products. It is a refund policy, not a promise of results.

Who is behind Wellorithm

Wellorithm's Terms describe it as a Miami-based company and name no company entity. Its Trustpilot profile gives an address of 7931 NW 68th Street, Miami, Florida. The Terms say care is provided by licensed healthcare professionals through its Professional Entities, which are not named.

Wellorithm says its compounded medications come only from US pharmacies, and does not name them. Ask which pharmacy will fill your prescription before you pay.

NAD+, sermorelin and other treatments

Beyond weight loss, Wellorithm sells NAD+, sermorelin and erectile dysfunction treatment, each on its own page with its own price. We do not track or compare those prices here, so check them on Wellorithm's pages.

Compounded medication, and what that means

Wellorithm's semaglutide and tirzepatide are compounded by US pharmacies. Compounded medications are not FDA approved and are not evaluated by the FDA for safety or effectiveness.

Ask the clinician which medication and which pharmacy your plan uses before you pay, since a processed payment is not refunded.

Safety, prescribing and who can sign up

Semaglutide and tirzepatide carry a boxed warning for the risk of thyroid C-cell tumours, including medullary thyroid carcinoma. They are not suitable if you or a close relative have had medullary thyroid carcinoma or multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2), so tell the clinician about that history.

A licensed clinician makes the prescribing decision, and a prescription is never guaranteed.

Wellorithm says it serves all 50 US states and Washington DC, for US residents aged 18 and over.

Wellorithm reputation

Wellorithm's Trustpilot profile, claimed in November 2025, showed 2 reviews in total when we read it on 23 October 2026. That is too few to say much either way. Wellorithm's own site shows a Trustpilot rating without the review count.

We did not check the Better Business Bureau or the FDA's warning letter database for Wellorithm for this review.

Comparing Wellorithm with other GLP-1 programmes

Wellorithm sells month to month with a lower first month, while several programmes sell longer plan terms at one monthly price. Our reviews of each provider are built only from what it states on its own site, with dated prices, and our cheapest GLP-1 guide ranks every provider's current month to month price side by side.
