The State of Peptide Clinics 2026

What does the peptide, hormone and longevity clinic market actually look like in 2026? We analysed every clinic listed and reviewed in the Peptide Clinic Finder directory — 231 clinics across the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Ireland — to see which treatments they offer, where they cluster, and what that says about demand. What clinics actually offer (share of all clinics)

Each clinic typically offers several treatments, so these shares overlap. They show how common each treatment is across the directory.

Key findings

GLP-1 weight-loss is the front door

Semaglutide (40% of clinics) and tirzepatide (35%) are the most widely offered treatments by some distance. The peptide-clinic category is, in practice, being pulled along by the GLP-1 weight-loss boom — it's the entry point that brings most patients through the door.

Recovery peptides are mainstream, not fringe

BPC-157 is offered by roughly 30% of clinics — nearly as common as tirzepatide — despite being an unapproved, prescription-route compound. Demand for recovery and regenerative peptides is no longer niche.

The US leads on volume, the UK on city spread

The US has the most clinics (114), but the UK is close behind (98) and is spread across more cities (15 vs 14) — a more decentralised market rather than a few big hubs.

Supply clusters in a handful of cities

Miami, London, Los Angeles and New York alone account for a large share of listings. Patients outside these hubs increasingly rely on telehealth or travel — a real access gap.

Methodology

Figures are based on the 231 clinics listed and reviewed in the Peptide Clinic Finder directory as of June 2026, across the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Ireland. Treatment figures reflect the services each clinic lists publicly or via our review process; because clinics offer multiple treatments, treatment shares overlap and do not sum to 100%. "Independently verified" reflects clinics that have passed our review checks. This is a directory snapshot, not a census of every clinic in each market, and it will grow as coverage expands. Peptide Clinic Finder is an informational directory and does not diagnose, prescribe, or recommend treatment.
