Quick verdict

SnagRx advertises one flat price per medication, names its pharmacies and is run by the same company as Embody. The catch is in the terms: the page does not say which plan term the price is for, every payment is final, and multi-month plans cannot be refunded. Confirm the term and what you will be charged today before you pay. We make no claim about results, and we publish no rating.

Who SnagRx is best for

People in the US, outside Louisiana, who want compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide at one advertised price for every dose, who are comfortable that compounded medications are not FDA approved, and who will confirm the plan term and the amount billed today before paying, because payments are non-refundable.

This profile is designed to help users compare the program before beginning intake. It is not a recommendation that any treatment is appropriate.

Pricing and access

During its sale the page prints $69 a month for compounded semaglutide and $119 a month for compounded tirzepatide, checked 21 Oct 2026, against struck through prices of $299 and $349. The page does not say which plan term this price is for. SnagRx's own description for affiliates says the lower figures are 12-month plan prices, with higher month to month prices, so confirm the term and the amount billed today at checkout.

SnagRx says the price is the same at every dose and covers the medication, supplies, the clinician review and shipping, with no membership fee. All payments are final under its Refund Policy, and multi-month plans are non-refundable in whole and in part.

US only. SnagRx says it serves every state except Louisiana, and that in Nebraska patients must be 19 or older.

Treatment, consultation, and delivery

Compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide injections, compounded by US 503A pharmacies. Compounded medications are not FDA approved and are not evaluated by the FDA for safety or effectiveness.

A short health qualifier, payment for the first month, then a medical intake in the SnagRx patient portal. A licensed clinician reviews your intake and decides whether treatment is appropriate for you. SnagRx says the clinicians are from the OpenLoop Health network and that a chart is expected to be reviewed within 24 hours. A prescription is never guaranteed.

Free shipping. SnagRx says prescriptions received before 2 pm Central ship the same day by next-day UPS in a temperature controlled package, with Friday to Sunday orders shipped on Monday.

SnagRx pricing, and what the sale means

Checked 21 October 2026, the banner reads "PRE-BLACK FRIDAY SALE DISCOUNT APPLIED! Semaglutide for $69 / Tirzepatide for $119", and the in stock lines show $299 struck through beside $69 for semaglutide and $349 beside $119 for tirzepatide. A countdown on the page says the price increases when it ends.

The page does not say which plan term this price is for. SnagRx's own description for affiliates says the lower figures are 12-month plan prices, with higher month to month prices, so confirm the term and the amount billed today at checkout.

SnagRx describes the price as the same at every dose, covering medication, supplies, the clinician review and shipping, with no membership or access fee and no insurance required.

How SnagRx works

You complete a short health qualifier, choose your medication and pay for the first month, then fill in a medical intake in the SnagRx patient portal. SnagRx says a clinician is expected to review your chart within 24 hours.

A licensed clinician reviews your intake and decides whether treatment is appropriate for you. SnagRx says its clinicians are from the OpenLoop Health network and that it has its own medical director. A prescription is never guaranteed.

Once a prescription is written, SnagRx says it ships within a day by next-day UPS in a temperature controlled package. Refills are requested in the patient portal, where the clinician reviews the dose and writes a new prescription.

Refunds and cancellation, in SnagRx's words

SnagRx's Refund Policy (last updated 25 August 2026) says all payments are final and non-refundable at the time of purchase, for single-month, multi-month and bundled plans, whether or not you have used any of the service. Not completing the intake does not entitle you to a refund.

Multi-month and bundled plans are sold as a single purchase and are non-refundable in whole and in part, including months in which no medication was shipped.

You can cancel at any time, but the request must arrive at least 72 hours before the next billing date; inside that window the next charge is taken and is not refunded. If a clinician decides you are not eligible, SnagRx refunds the unused part of the current term, minus the value of services already provided.

Prescription medication cannot be returned. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced by the pharmacy rather than refunded.

Who is behind SnagRx

SnagRx's Terms say Modern Metabolic Medicine, Inc. owns and operates snagrx.com, with an address in Wilmington, Delaware. The Better Business Bureau profile for that company lists SnagRx, RodeoMeds and Embody as its alternate names, so SnagRx and Embody are run by the same business, and the two sites share a design and a sale.

Prescriptions come from clinicians in the OpenLoop Health network. SnagRx names its partner pharmacies as Red Rock Compounding Pharmacy in Utah, Health Warehouse in Kentucky, Precision Medicine in New York and Triad Rx in Alabama, and says it is not acting as a pharmacy itself.

Compounded medication, and what that means

SnagRx's semaglutide and tirzepatide are compounded by US 503A pharmacies. Compounded medications are not FDA approved and are not evaluated by the FDA for safety or effectiveness.

SnagRx's own footer says it does not produce compounded medications and that what you receive may look different from the pictures on its site.

Safety, prescribing and who can sign up

Semaglutide and tirzepatide carry a boxed warning for the risk of thyroid C-cell tumours, including medullary thyroid carcinoma. They are not suitable if you or a close relative have had medullary thyroid carcinoma or multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2), so tell the clinician about that history.

A licensed clinician makes the prescribing decision, and a prescription is never guaranteed.

SnagRx serves every US state except Louisiana, and in Nebraska patients must be 19 or older. Links to SnagRx on this site do not open for visitors in Louisiana.

SnagRx reputation

The Better Business Bureau rates Modern Metabolic Medicine, Inc. D+, read on 21 October 2026. The reasons it gives are 256 complaints filed against the business and 2 that were not resolved. The company is not BBB accredited. The same profile covers Embody. A BBB rating is not a clinical or regulatory finding.

Trustpilot shows SnagRx at 3.1 from 11 reviews, read on 21 October 2026, with 45% five-star and 55% one-star. SnagRx invites customers to review and, Trustpilot says, has not replied to negative reviews. The one-star reviews describe being charged for a full year up front when the customer expected a monthly charge, no clinician contact after paying, and slow delivery. These are customers' accounts, not findings.

We found no FDA warning letter for SnagRx when we searched the FDA's database on 21 October 2026. That is a statement about one search on one day.

The BBB rates the company D+ with 256 complaints, Trustpilot shows 3.1 from 11 reviews, and we found no FDA warning letter for SnagRx on 21 October 2026. Its Refund Policy makes all payments final.

How much does SnagRx cost?

$69 a month for compounded semaglutide and $119 a month for compounded tirzepatide on the page during its sale, checked 21 Oct 2026. The page does not say which plan term this price is for. Is SnagRx the same company as Embody?

Can I get a refund from SnagRx?

Only in one case. SnagRx's Refund Policy says all payments are final, for single-month and multi-month plans, used or not. If a clinician decides you are not medically eligible, it refunds the unused part of the current term, minus the value of services already provided.
