Fridays Weight Loss Review

Edited by Gabriel BrocklesbyFounder & EditorFact-checkedLast updated

Fridays is a US online weight-loss programme run by Thrive Health Group, Inc. that sells compounded and brand-name GLP-1 medication with provider visits and coaching included, but its refund terms are narrow: outside four listed cases, all fees are non-refundable.

A US telehealth platform offering compounded tirzepatide and semaglutide, plus brand-name Ozempic, Zepbound and Wegovy options, with provider visits and coaching in the plan. Fridays advertises compounded tirzepatide "as low as" $198 a month, inside a fall sale banner (checked 11 October 2026). Clinical services come from OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, PC and other networks, and Fridays states that all fees are non-refundable outside four listed cases.

Quick verdict

Fridays is easy to find and its refund policy is published, but that policy is narrow and the lowest advertised prices are tied to codes and annual plans the pricing page does not spell out. If you compare it with other providers, compare the month to month price and the cancellation rules, not the headline figure.

Key highlights

  • Compounded tirzepatide advertised "as low as" $198 a month (checked 11 October 2026), inside a fall sale banner
  • Plan cards list unlimited provider visits, nutrition and mental health coaching, and one-to-one dietitian support, with the Fridays membership included at $0
  • Names its operating company, Thrive Health Group, Inc., and its clinical groups, OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, PC and others
  • Publishes its terms and a refund policy that lists exactly four cases where money is returned
  • Cash-pay: Fridays says it does not accept insurance, though some members can use HSA or FSA funds

Who Fridays is best for

Buyers who want provider visits, coaching and dietitian support inside one plan price and who have read the refund terms first. It also suits people comparing a compounded plan with a brand-name one on the same platform.

This profile is designed to help users compare the program before beginning intake. It is not a recommendation that any treatment is appropriate.

Pricing and access

Fridays advertises compounded tirzepatide "as low as" $198 a month, inside a fall sale banner (checked 11 October 2026). Semaglutide is advertised too, next to an annual plan price and a promotional code, and the page does not say which plan or code its lower figure belongs to, so we print no semaglutide price. The compounded plan cards say the Fridays membership is included at $0. Brand-name plans are priced differently, month to month or as a starting membership with the medication billed separately.

The advertised figure sits beside annual plan wording and promotional codes, and Fridays states the promotion can be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time without notice. Confirm what you will pay each month, on which plan, before you start.

Fridays states that certain services may not be available in all states.

Treatment, consultation, and delivery

Compounded tirzepatide and semaglutide, and brand-name Ozempic, Zepbound and the Wegovy pill and pen. Fridays also lists GLP-1 microdosing, testosterone and longevity programmes on its site, and publishes whitepapers on NAD+, sermorelin and testosterone. Medication is only prescribed when a provider decides it is clinically appropriate.

An online eligibility quiz, then clinical services from OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, PC and other networks, who determine eligibility for treatment from the medical history and assessment responses. Fridays states that the assessment does not create a doctor-patient relationship and that providers keep full discretion to prescribe or decline.

Fridays says it partners with certified US pharmacies and links a list of its partner pharmacies. The pricing page does not state shipping terms.

What Fridays offers

The core product is GLP-1 weight loss. Fridays sells compounded tirzepatide and compounded semaglutide, and brand-name Ozempic, Zepbound and the Wegovy pill and pen. The plan cards list unlimited provider visits, nutrition and mental health coaching and one-to-one dietitian support, and say the Fridays membership is included. Fridays states that medication costs are included in the Fridays program.

Fridays also lists other programmes on its site: GLP-1 microdosing, testosterone and longevity, and it publishes whitepapers on NAD+, sermorelin and testosterone. This review covers the weight-loss plans only, and names those other programmes so you know they exist.

Fridays says it does not manufacture compounded medications and that the product you receive can look different from the images on its site.

Fridays pricing, explained

Fridays advertises compounded tirzepatide "as low as" $198 a month, inside a fall sale banner (checked 11 October 2026). The wording on the plan card is "as low as", and the same card prints a higher price for an annual plan and a promotional code beside it, without saying which plan or code the lower figure belongs to. We record the figure as an "as low as" price and do not infer a plan length from it.

Semaglutide is advertised on the same page with a lower headline figure, an annual plan price and a different code. Because the page does not say which plan or code that headline figure belongs to, we hold it back instead of printing it, and the card falls back to tirzepatide. Never read a lower semaglutide figure on Fridays as a month to month price unless the plan says so.

Brand-name plans are priced differently. Ozempic and Zepbound are sold month to month at a price that includes the medication, and the Wegovy pill and pen are sold as a starting membership with the medication billed separately. Check each at checkout.

The sale banner and the codes are Fridays' own wording and Fridays states the promotion may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time without notice. The page states no end date, so we record none.

Worth knowing before you pay

Refunds are narrow. Fridays' terms list four cases: a full refund for the billing cycle if a provider decides you are not eligible for medical reasons before services begin; verified billing errors, such as duplicate charges; refunds required by applicable law; and, if you switch to another Fridays programme, a credit for the unused part of the current subscription. The terms then say: ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, including if you cancel mid-cycle, decide not to continue treatment, or do not achieve desired results.

You can cancel at any time to stop future billing, by emailing support or using the cancellation process in your online account. Fridays must receive the request at least 72 hours before your next billing date; inside that window the subscription renews for another cycle and the cancellation takes effect at the end of it. Access continues until the end of the paid cycle.

Prescription medication cannot be returned once dispensed, which Fridays' terms attribute to federal and state law and pharmacy regulations. No provider in this segment can offer an open-ended refund on shipped medicine.

Fridays states that certain services may not be available in all states.

Compounded medications offered through Fridays are, in Fridays' own words, produced in FDA-registered facilities but are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, efficacy or quality. A prescription is never guaranteed: the clinical groups keep full discretion to prescribe or decline.

Fridays' marketing shows a success rate and customer testimonials. Fridays' footnote says the success rate reflects internal fulfilment and delivery performance for paid orders, not clinical outcomes or individual results, and that the featured members were paid for their testimonials.

Fridays prescribers and pharmacies, explained

Fridays says it does not provide medical services itself. Clinical services are provided by OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, PC and other networks, who determine eligibility for GLP-1 treatment from your medical history and assessment responses. The eligibility quiz on the Fridays site does not create a doctor-patient relationship.

Medication is dispensed by partner pharmacies. Fridays says it partners with certified US pharmacies and links a list of them from its pricing page. Fridays does not say which pharmacy fills a given order, so ask before you pay, and check any pharmacy you are given against your state board of pharmacy.

What to ask Fridays before you enrol

Which plan and which code does the lowest advertised price belong to, and what will I pay in the second month and after? Get the answer in writing.

Is the membership really included at $0 on my plan, and what is billed separately?

Do I fall inside one of the four refund cases, and when exactly must a cancellation arrive? The request has to reach Fridays at least 72 hours before the next billing date.

Which pharmacy will fill my order? Fridays links a list of partner pharmacies but does not say which one fills a given order.

Is Fridays available in my state? Fridays says certain services may not be available in all states.

Frequently asked questions

Is Fridays legit?

Fridays is an identifiable, operating US telehealth service. It names its operating company, Thrive Health Group, Inc., with an address at 17322 Murphy Ave, Irvine, CA 92614, publishes terms, a privacy policy and a refund policy, and states that clinical services are provided by OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, PC and other networks that determine eligibility. We publish no view on whether any treatment works. Read the refund terms before paying, because they are narrow.

How much does Fridays cost?

Fridays advertises compounded tirzepatide "as low as" $198 a month, inside a fall sale banner (checked 11 October 2026). The page also prints a higher annual plan price and promotional codes beside the lower figures and does not say which plan or code each belongs to, so confirm your monthly price at checkout. We hold back Fridays' semaglutide figure for the same reason. Brand-name plans are priced separately, month to month or as a starting membership with the medication billed separately.

Does Fridays take insurance?

Fridays' FAQ says it is a cash-pay service and does not accept insurance, and that some members can use HSA or FSA funds for reimbursement. Its brand-name plans say insurance support is included, and its home page mentions an insurance concierge, so ask what that covers before you pay.

Can I cancel Fridays?

Yes. You can cancel at any time by contacting support or using the cancellation process in your online account, which stops future billing. Fridays must receive the request at least 72 hours before your next billing date, or the next cycle is charged. Access continues until the end of the paid cycle.

What is Fridays' refund policy?

Narrow. Fridays refunds only in four cases: medical disqualification before services begin (a full refund for that billing cycle), verified billing errors such as duplicate charges, refunds required by applicable law, and a credit for the unused part of your subscription if you switch to another Fridays programme. Otherwise its terms say all fees are non-refundable, including if you cancel mid-cycle, decide not to continue treatment, or do not achieve desired results.

Where is Fridays available?

Fridays serves US patients. Its terms say: "Certain Services may not be available in all states." Whether a provider can prescribe to you depends on your state and on the clinical groups' decision.

What does Fridays treat besides weight loss?

Fridays' site also lists GLP-1 microdosing, testosterone and longevity programmes, and it publishes whitepapers on NAD+, sermorelin and testosterone. This review covers the weight-loss plans only.

Fridays

Fridays is easy to find and its refund policy is published, but that policy is narrow and the lowest advertised prices are tied to codes and annual plans the pricing page does not spell out. If you compare it with other providers, compare the month to month price and the cancellation rules, not the headline figure.

Pros

  • Provider visits, coaching and dietitian support are listed as part of the plan, not as add-ons
  • Compounded and brand-name routes are priced on the same platform, so they can be compared directly
  • The operating company, its address and its clinical groups are named, and the refund policy is published
  • You can cancel at any time to stop future billing, and access continues to the end of the paid cycle

Considerations

  • Refunds are narrow: outside medical disqualification before services begin, verified billing errors, refunds required by law and credit when switching programmes, all fees are non-refundable, including after a mid-cycle cancellation
  • A cancellation must reach Fridays at least 72 hours before the next billing date, or the next cycle is charged
  • The lowest advertised prices sit beside annual plan wording and promotional codes that the pricing page does not tie clearly to each figure
  • The marketing carries a success rate that Fridays' own footnote says is fulfilment performance, not clinical outcomes, and testimonials that Fridays says were paid for
  • Fridays states that certain services may not be available in all states, so check yours before you pay
