Is Joinem NAD+ legit?
Embody is a US telehealth service, not a pharmacy: a clinician reviews your intake and decides whether to prescribe, and an independent compounding pharmacy fills the order. On October 30, 2026 Trustpilot showed a TrustScore of 3.9 from 11,117 reviews for joinem.co, with replies to 99% of negative reviews. The BBB profile for its operator, Modern Metabolic Medicine, Inc., showed a C+ rating, no accreditation and 294 complaints filed, and lists SnagRx and RodeoMeds as the same company's other names. Trustpilot reviews are self-selected and a BBB rating is not a clinical finding, but both are worth reading before you pay.
Our full review covers Embody's pharmacies, refund terms and the FDA record of one of its pharmacies: Joinem (Embody) review.
How ordering Joinem NAD+ works
Embody's sign-up steps, as its own pages describe them: you pay for the first month at checkout, then complete an online intake form, and a clinician from OpenLoop Health, which Embody's Terms describe as a network of US-licensed doctors, reviews it to decide whether to prescribe. Embody is not a pharmacy; it states that orders are filled and shipped by independent third-party pharmacies, named on its site as Red Rock Compounding Pharmacy (Utah), Health Warehouse (Kentucky), Precision Medicine (New York) and Triad Rx (Alabama), without saying which one fills the NAD+. The NAD+ page describes them as FDA-registered compounding facilities in the United States; that is a registration, not an approval of the product.
Shipping is stated as free. Embody does not publish the list of states it serves; its Terms say to request it from support@joinem.co. If the clinician declines to prescribe, the Refund Policy provides for a refund of the unused portion of what you paid. These are Embody's statements, read on October 17, 2026, not our test of the process: we have not placed an order.
How Joinem NAD+ compares on price
At $99 a month after the first month, 1 US NAD+ injection price we record from the last two weeks is lower. Across the 11 providers on our NAD+ page read in the last two weeks, ongoing prices run from $93 to $199 a month. Many headline figures carry a condition (a "starting at" figure, a quarterly plan or a first-month discount), so each row says what it is. The order is alphabetical, not a ranking.
Embody's NAD+ page (nad.joinem.co) showed $49 for the first month, then $99 a month, when we read it on November 1, 2026, for the injection and for the nasal spray at the same price. The page presents this under a sale banner and states no standard price and no end date for the sale, so confirm the amount at checkout.
Is Joinem NAD+ the same as Embody NAD+?
Yes. joinem.co is the website Embody operates from, and its NAD+ is sold at nad.joinem.co, so Joinem NAD+ and Embody NAD+ are the same product. Embody and joinem.co are operated by Modern Metabolic Medicine, Inc., which the BBB also lists as SnagRx and RodeoMeds (read October 30, 2026).
Is Joinem NAD+ legit?
Embody is a real US telehealth service: a clinician decides whether to prescribe, and an independent compounding pharmacy fills the order. On October 30, 2026 Trustpilot showed 3.9 from 11,117 reviews for joinem.co, 23% of them one-star, and the BBB profile for its operator, Modern Metabolic Medicine, Inc., showed a C+ rating with 294 complaints. The Trustpilot score covers every Embody product, not NAD+ alone. Neither is a clinical assessment.
Is Joinem NAD+ FDA approved?
No. Embody's NAD+ is compounded. A compounded medicine is prepared by a pharmacy for an individual prescription and is not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality before it is sold. Embody says the same of its compounded products.
Injection or nasal spray?
Embody sells both at the same published price. It publishes the injection as 500mg to 1000mg and gives no dose for the spray. It publishes no comparison of the two routes, and neither does this page.
Can I cancel Joinem NAD+?
Yes, but with a deadline. Embody's Refund Policy (updated August 25, 2026) says a cancellation request must be received at least 72 hours before the next billing date; a charge inside that window is not refunded. The same policy states that payments are final and non-refundable once made, and that multi-month plans are non-refundable in whole and in part. The one stated exception is a refund of the unused portion if Embody's clinician declines to prescribe.
Does Joinem NAD+ have a membership fee?
Embody's NAD+ page states no membership fees and no hidden fees, with the prescription, telemedicine visit and shipping stated as included. Its Refund Policy (updated August 25, 2026) requires a cancellation request at least 72 hours before the next billing date.
