RxSpan MD prices: semaglutide and tirzepatide

RxSpan MD's weight loss page lists a regular monthly price of $249 for semaglutide injections and $329 for tirzepatide injections (checked November 4, 2026), with lower monthly prices on prepaid 3, 6 and 12-month plans and with a promo code, confirmed at checkout. It says the price includes the consultation, medication, supplies, shipping and support.

RxSpan MD's GLP-1 page describes its plans as compounded and brand-name GLP-1s, and its weight loss page lists brand-name medicines separately, each priced for the first month. The weight loss page does not label which products are compounded, so ask which you would receive before you pay. RxSpan MD says its programs are self-pay and need no insurance.

Compounded medications are not FDA approved and are not evaluated by the FDA for safety or effectiveness.

Semaglutide and tirzepatide carry a boxed warning for the risk of thyroid C-cell tumors, including medullary thyroid carcinoma. They are not suitable if you or a close relative have had medullary thyroid carcinoma or multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2), so tell the clinician about that history.

Who prescribes, and which pharmacies fill your order

RxSpan MD names its medical team as Lion MD, a nationwide team of medical professionals led by Dr. Ana Lisa Carr, MD and Dr. Kelly Tenbrink, MD. Its Terms (last updated June 3, 2026, read November 4, 2026) say the healthcare providers on the platform are independent medical professionals responsible for the care they provide.

RxSpan MD names four pharmacy partners: Belmar Pharmacy, Strive Pharmacy, Epiq Scripts and Casa Pharma Rx. It says every prescription ships from a pharmacy licensed in the United States.

RxSpan MD says it was founded by Dr. John Diaz, a board-certified plastic surgeon with more than 20 years of experience, who is its CEO.

How RxSpan MD works

You complete a short online medical intake and choose a plan. RxSpan MD's weight loss page says a provider reviews your information after checkout to decide whether treatment is right for you. RxSpan MD says many members are approved on their assessment alone, and that a brief telehealth visit may be scheduled if a clinician needs more information.

If you are prescribed, your prescription goes to a licensed pharmacy and ships free. RxSpan MD says your care team is available for check-ins, refills and messaging 24/7. A prescription is never guaranteed: the provider decides.

Longevity treatments: NAD+, sermorelin and glutathione

RxSpan MD's longevity page lists NAD+ (as an injection, a nasal spray and a tablet), sermorelin and glutathione, among other treatments, each with a price for the first month. This review records no longevity price. Ask your provider whether a product you are offered is compounded.

AgelessRx, a Michigan telehealth service, also prescribes NAD+ injections and sermorelin alongside GLP-1 plans; our AgelessRx review sets out its prices and plan terms.

Compare glutathione prices across providers: Glutathione injections and IV: what US providers charge

Hair loss and sexual health

RxSpan MD also offers hair loss treatment and sexual health treatment, each prescribed after an online intake. This review covers them by name only: we did not read those pages, so it records no product or price for them.

Which states RxSpan MD serves

RxSpan MD says it provides care and support in all 50 US states, and that the availability of specific services may vary by state, based on provider licensure and applicable regulations.

Plans, canceling and refunds

RxSpan MD's weight loss page (read November 4, 2026) says plans are prepaid monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually, that the 12-month plan is billed as one upfront payment and auto-renews, and that you can cancel or change plans anytime. It offers financing through CareCredit. Its FAQ says there are no long-term commitments.

We found no refund or cancellation terms in RxSpan MD's Terms of Service (last updated June 3, 2026) or elsewhere on the pages we read, and those pages do not say whether you are refunded if a provider does not prescribe. Ask before you pay, especially for a prepaid plan.

Is RxSpan MD legit? What we checked

RxSpan MD's site names its operator (RxSpan MD LLC, of Beverly Hills, California), its founder, its medical team and the four pharmacies it works with.

The site shows a LegitScript seal that links to LegitScript's checker. On November 4, 2026 LegitScript's checker listed rxspanmd.com as Certified.

The FDA's warning letters database, searched on November 4, 2026 for RxSpan, RxSpan MD and Lion MD, held no letter addressed to RxSpan MD or Lion MD. That is a statement about the database on that day, not a finding about any product. We have not yet checked RxSpan MD's Trustpilot or BBB record. None of this speaks to whether treatment is right for you, which is a question for a clinician.
