Edited by Gabriel BrocklesbyFounder & EditorFact-checkedLast updated

Embody costs $49 a month for compounded semaglutide and $99 a month for compounded tirzepatide on its 12-month plan, an advertised sale price (checked November 8, 2026). Month to month, the first month and every month after cost $79 and $129: Embody's terms call it fixed monthly pricing that does not increase over time (read November 6, 2026).

The $49 and $99 figures are shown under a sale banner on Embody's GLP-1 page, with a countdown recorded as ending November 10, 2026. Embody's page states no fixed end date for the sale.

Embody plan options and prices

Embody charges one flat price per medicine; what changes it is the plan length. Its home page says: "Pricing varies only by the treatment plan you select (4-, 12-, 24-, or 52-week plans), as shown during checkout." Its terms (last updated April 24, 2026, read November 6, 2026) list four rates per medicine:

Per month: Embody's terms, read November 6, 2026. Supply total: Embody's store catalog, read November 1, 2026.
PlanSemaglutide per monthSemaglutide supply totalTirzepatide per monthTirzepatide supply total
Month to month$79$79$129$129
3-month plan$76$228$126$378
6-month plan$73$438$123$738
12-month plan$49$588$99$1,188

The advertised monthly price is the 12-month rate. Embody's store listed each plan length as a single supply at the total shown above. On November 5, 2026 Embody's public store catalog no longer listed the GLP-1 supplies, so the supply totals in the table are the ones it listed on November 1, 2026. We have not seen Embody's checkout, so confirm the plan length and the amount billed before you pay.

What the price includes, and is there a membership?

  • No membership fee. The home page says "No membership or hidden fees" and the GLP-1 page says "No Monthly Membership".
  • Doses, shipping and visits. The terms say the price "Includes all doses, shipping and provider visits."
  • Same price at every dose. "Your price does not increase if your dose changes within the same medication."
  • Shipping. The GLP-1 page says "Free shipping. Arrives in 1-2 days."

All read on November 5, 2026 from Embody's home page, GLP-1 page and terms.

Embody NAD+ and sermorelin prices

  • NAD+ injections: $49 for the first month, then $99 per month (read November 1, 2026). More on the Joinem NAD+ guide.
  • Sermorelin injections: $49 for the first month, then $99 per month (read November 8, 2026). Every US sermorelin price we record is on the sermorelin cost guide.

These are compounded medicines and are not FDA approved. A clinician decides whether to prescribe.

Embody's price before the sale

From our own daily reads of Embody's GLP-1 page, the advertised price over time:

  • Compounded semaglutide: $69 a month from October 6, 2026 to October 26, 2026, then $49 a month from October 27, 2026 (latest read November 6, 2026).
  • Compounded tirzepatide: $119 a month from October 6, 2026 to October 26, 2026, then $99 a month from October 27, 2026 (latest read November 6, 2026).

The page prints "Was $299" beside the semaglutide figure. It does not say which plan or month that figure was for, so we compare against the rates above instead.

In our reads since October 8, 2026, the page's "Price increases in" countdown has shown 5 different end dates: Oct 13, 2026, Oct 20, 2026, Oct 27, 2026, Nov 3, 2026 and Nov 10, 2026. Read the countdown as the date on the page that day, not as the last day of the sale.

How Embody's price compares

Regulatory note: After the FDA declared the semaglutide shortage resolved in February 2025, pharmacies could no longer routinely compound copies of that licensed product. On May 1, 2026 the FDA published a notice proposing not to include semaglutide, tirzepatide or liraglutide on the 503B Bulks List; a final determination is still pending. The availability and pricing described here may not reflect what a provider can currently supply, so confirm the current offering and cost directly with any provider before relying on it.Last reviewed: July 2026

Embody cost FAQ

How much is Embody per month?

Embody costs $49 a month for compounded semaglutide and $99 a month for compounded tirzepatide on its 12-month plan, an advertised sale price (checked November 8, 2026). Without a longer plan it is $79 a month for semaglutide and $129 for tirzepatide (Embody's terms, read November 6, 2026). Confirm the plan length and the amount billed at checkout.

Is Embody really $49 a month?

$49 a month for semaglutide (and $99 for tirzepatide) is the 12-month plan rate, shown as Embody's advertised price on November 8, 2026. Embody's terms list the month to month price at $79 and $129, read November 6, 2026. Embody's store listed the 12-month supply as a single $588 product for semaglutide and $1,188 for tirzepatide when read on November 1, 2026.

Does Embody have a membership fee?

No. Embody's home page says "No membership or hidden fees" and its GLP-1 page says "No Monthly Membership" (both read November 5, 2026). Its terms say the price "Includes all doses, shipping and provider visits."

Does Embody's price go up with the dose?

Not within the same medicine. Embody's home page says "Your price does not increase if your dose changes within the same medication." and its GLP-1 page says "Same price, every dose, every month." (read November 5, 2026). Switching from semaglutide to tirzepatide changes the price.

Is there an Embody promo code?

Embody prints no promo code on its GLP-1 page or home page (checked November 5, 2026); its sale price is applied on the page itself. Our Embody promo code page is updated from the same daily price read.

Is Joinem the same as Embody?

Yes. joinem.co is Embody's own website, and its terms name Modern Metabolic Medicine, Inc. as the company that operates Embody (joinem.co).

How do I cancel Embody?

Embody's Refund Policy (last updated August 25, 2026) says a cancellation request must be received at least 72 hours before your next billing date. A request inside that window is still charged, and canceling stops future billing only. Embody's homepage describes canceling any time before your next shipment, so use the stricter 72-hour rule. There is no separate membership to cancel.
