Regulatory note: After the FDA declared the semaglutide shortage resolved in February 2025, pharmacies could no longer routinely compound copies of that licensed product. On 1 May 2026 the FDA published a notice proposing not to include semaglutide, tirzepatide or liraglutide on the 503B Bulks List; a final determination is still pending. The availability and pricing described here may not reflect what a provider can currently supply, so confirm the current offering and cost directly with any provider before relying on it.Last reviewed: July 2026

Coupon sites list codes nobody has checked against the brand's own page. We list only what bmiMD's own pages print, or what our review recorded there on a stated date. If a code you found elsewhere is not here, it is not one we can stand behind. Every other US programme's offer is on the GLP-1 promo codes page, and every live sale on the GLP-1 deals page.

Compare before you pay

A sale is only a saving against what the rest of the market charges. Compare every provider's ongoing monthly price on the cheapest semaglutide online and cheapest tirzepatide online pages, or follow prices over time in the US GLP-1 price index. A prescription is decided by a licensed clinician and is never guaranteed.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a bmiMD promo code?

A code GOALS10 was recorded on bmiMD's site in September 2026; it was not shown on bmimd.com when we checked on 29 October 2026, so we do not list a current code. The partner link applies the current price.

What is bmiMD's current offer?

No sale price. On our latest read (31 Oct 2026) bmiMD's own page printed tirzepatide at $179/mo, semaglutide at $119/mo, with no promotional wording. These are the page's standing prices.

What do I pay after the bmiMD promotion?

No sale price is printed; the current prices above are the page's standing prices. That is what bmiMD's own page says; it states nothing further about later months, so read the plan terms before you pay.

Can I cancel bmiMD or get a refund?

Only within a narrow window. If a clinician finds you ineligible you are refunded in full — bmiMD authorises your card and only charges it once eligibility is confirmed. After that it is strict: a non-refundable $50 cancellation fee applies once your intake form is sent, and once the pharmacy has processed your order bmiMD states "we cannot offer or process any refunds", that returns are not accepted, that there is no refund for partially used subscription periods, and that all sales are final. Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled from your account unless you have already been charged for the next month. Report any problem with a delivery within 24 hours of receiving it.

How do I cancel my bmiMD subscription?

From your own bmiMD account. bmiMD's refund policy says you can cancel or pause a subscription at any time by logging in at account.bmimd.com/my-account/subscriptions/, "except if you have already been charged for another month of the current program". Two costs apply depending on timing: a non-refundable $50 cancellation fee once your intake form has been sent, and no refund at all once the pharmacy has processed an order, including for partially used subscription periods. For an order already placed, bmiMD's contact address is orders@bmiMD.com. Peptide Clinic Finder cannot cancel a bmiMD subscription for you. Read on bmiMD's refund policy page, 16 September 2026.

Are compounded GLP-1 medicines FDA approved?

No. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are made by compounding pharmacies for individual prescriptions and are not FDA approved or evaluated by the FDA for safety or effectiveness. Brand name medicines such as Wegovy and Zepbound are FDA approved. A prescription is decided by a licensed clinician and is never guaranteed.
