Vial sizes are commonly 5mg, 9mg and 15mg. The 9mg size is the one that catches people out: it does not halve or quarter into round figures, so a volume that produced a clean number on a 5mg vial will not on a 9mg one. A 9mg vial in 2ml is 4.5 mg/ml, and a 200mcg amount is 0.044ml — 4.4 units, not 4 and not 5.

Why the units figure is not rounded here

A U-100 barrel is graduated in whole units, and the temptation with 4.4 is to call it 4. That is a different quantity — about a tenth less — and on a vial size that produces awkward figures it is a systematic error rather than a one-off. The calculator keeps a decimal place deliberately, so the gap between the arithmetic and what a barrel can actually show is visible rather than silently absorbed.

Where a figure falls between graduations, the choices are a different water volume that produces a readable number, or a finer barrel. A 0.3ml syringe has the closest-spaced graduations of the three common sizes, which is why it suits the small volumes sermorelin usually produces.

Storage and stability, in general terms

Sealed lyophilised vials keep well cool, dry and out of light. Reconstituted, the solution requires refrigeration and has a much shorter life — weeks rather than months — shortened further by heat, light and agitation. Bacteriostatic water, which carries a benzyl alcohol preservative, is what allows a vial to be entered repeatedly; plain sterile water is a single-use diluent and behaves differently after the first entry.

Does the 15mg vial change anything except concentration?

No. It holds more peptide, so at the same water volume it is a higher concentration and any given amount occupies fewer units — and the vial goes further. The amount itself is unchanged; only its distance on the barrel moves.
