What GLP-1 Treatment Costs
in Canada
As of 28 October 2026, the two Canadian online providers whose prices PCF reads daily publish these figures in Canadian dollars. BirchRx: CA$125 for the first month (the CA$50 monthly care fee is waived), then CA$175 a month, checked 28 October 2026, medication included. Felix Health: Initial weight-management visit currently free (standard fee CA$99 shown struck through); follow-up visits CA$40, checked 28 October 2026, with medication billed separately at prices Felix publishes on its own site. No per-product medication price is in PCF's archive for Canada, and none is estimated here.
ⓘ Peptide Clinic Finder is an informational directory and does not provide medical advice. Weight-management medicines are prescription-only in Canada: a practitioner licensed in your province decides whether treatment is appropriate, and a prescription is never guaranteed.
The three costs
The consultation. An online assessment reviewed by a practitioner licensed in your province. Some providers charge for it, some waive it, and some charge only if treatment is approved. Felix says that because its visits are asynchronous they are not covered by provincial health plans or private insurance, and BirchRx describes itself as a direct-pay service.
The medication. Prescription-only, dispensed by a licensed Canadian pharmacy. Pharmacy prices are set per product and vary by province and by pharmacy. Some providers bill it inside one monthly price; others bill it separately and publish the price on their own site.
Ongoing care. Follow-up visits, a monthly care fee or a per-refill fill fee, depending on the provider. This is the part most often missed when two headline prices are compared.
What the providers publish

What is not published, and why
A pharmacy price for any one product. Canadian pharmacy prices are set per product and differ by province and by pharmacy, and PCF's reader does not read per-product medication prices on Canadian surfaces. Felix publishes its medication prices on pages organised by product name, which PCF does not reproduce; see the Felix Health review for the fee structure. BirchRx states one monthly price that includes the medication; see the BirchRx review. Rocky publishes no price PCF reads; its directory profile records what it does state.
Coverage. Public drug plans in Canada generally cover these medicines when they are prescribed for type 2 diabetes and generally do not cover them for weight management. Coverage differs by province and plan, so check your own plan. The consultation fee is paid privately with every provider here.
Frequently asked questions
- How much does GLP-1 weight-management treatment cost in Canada?
- It depends on how the provider bills. BirchRx charges one monthly price that includes the medication: CA$125 for the first month (the CA$50 monthly care fee is waived), then CA$175 a month, checked 28 October 2026. Felix charges a visit fee (Initial weight-management visit currently free (standard fee CA$99 shown struck through); follow-up visits CA$40, checked 28 October 2026) and bills the medication separately at a price it publishes on its own site. Rocky publishes no price PCF reads.
- Does a provincial drug plan cover it?
- Public drug plans in Canada generally cover these medicines when they are prescribed for type 2 diabetes and generally do not cover them for weight management. Coverage differs by province and plan, so check your own plan before starting. Private insurance varies: Felix says medication may be covered and that it can bill an insurer directly, and BirchRx says receipts may be submitted to private insurance and that coverage varies.
- Why does this page not list a pharmacy price?
- Canadian pharmacy prices are set per product and vary by province and by pharmacy, and PCF's price reader does not read per-product medication prices on Canadian surfaces. Where a figure is not in PCF's price archive, this page says so rather than estimating it.
